Shipping to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland

Currently a flat rate of £30.00 per order.

Our Cancellation Policy

As we don't actually take any payment until the time that your goods are ready for dispatch you are able to cancel or amend your order right up until the point of dispatch. Once your order status is shown as dispatched cancellation or amendment is no longer possible. Should you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us via our Contact Us page, email or phone.

Our Returns Policy

Should your order be lost or damaged in transit we will provide a free of charge replacement or refund on of the lost/damaged items. Claims for damage must be made within 7 days of receipt and we may ask for a photograph or return of the items in way of proof.

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase but if you do wish to exchange any items or return them for a refund then we ask you to contact us within 28 days of receipt of the goods. Provided the goods are returned to us in an unused, saleable condition we will fully refund the price of the items along with the outgoing delivery cost.

We must be informed prior to the return of any items.
